First of all, if you’re planning a Warborne Organic Farm Wedding please may I photograph it because I flipping love this place!
It’s not often you walk into a seemingly innocent barn near Lymington and are completely gobsmacked. Most of the stunningly beautiful detail you will see in these photos is down to the amazing bride Anna who put her heart and soul into the planning of this wedding. I remember when I spoke with Anna before she booked me and she described the day as relaxed and rustic, probably with hay bales but wow, this day was a whole lot more than that. What made this wedding so special was the contribution from Anna and Luke’s friends and family.
The simply breathtaking flowers were by the couple’s close friend (and florist!) Laura Smith Flowers. When I asked Anna about how she went about describing her floral vision to Laura she said she showed her a flower she loved (I’m afraid I have no idea what it was called!) and Laura worked her magic around that. Also the girl’s hair and make up were done by friends Hannah & Steph which made the morning so fun and relaxed, there wasn’t a hint of nerves.
When Anna told me her dress was a Claire Pettibone I remember thinking ‘yessssss!’ but nothing prepared me for how unusual and gorgeous Anna’s dress was. When I asked Luke what he thought of it he said ‘it’s so completely her’ and I couldn’t agree more, it was like the dress was designed completely for Anna. And how lovely for your husband to say such a sweet thing, top marks Luke!
The ceremony took place in Fawley Church and it was intimate and emotional with readings and music from friends and family. The newlyweds left to a flurry of confetti and on their way to their Warborne Organic Farm Wedding they stopped off to say hi to Anna’s horse. What a photo opportunity!
When I arrived at the farm I was completely stopped in my tracks at how gorgeous everything looked, in fact Helen ran out of the barn saying ‘just wait until you see inside, it looks soooo good!!’. Well, I will let the pictures speak for themselves.
Anna and Luke are the kind of couple that put everyone around them at ease yet still seem to be in the sweetest, romantic bubble with each other. They were constantly grinning at each other and hugging and kissing whenever they could, this is a true love that will last a lifetime. When I first met Anna & Luke for their engagement shoot I was struck by how natural they were in front of the camera, they have such a lovely connection and it’s so wonderful that they feel comfortable enough to allow me into their little world and capture their tenderness. Oh and they look good! Anna simply radiated happiness and Luke couldn’t wipe the smile off his face all day.
What more can I say about this amazing wedding? Anna & Luke had the most awesome wedding party who climbed hay bales to create some epic photos, Anna’s family dog Bella was present at all times and fully got involved in the fun. Everywhere I looked there were giant smiles, banter, laughter and hugs! Oh and I have to mention the incredible catering by Ginger which was some of the yummiest wedding food I’ve ever tasted! We were very well looked after.
By the time the band kicked off the guests were just dying to dance and everyone hit the dancefloor to bust out some truly epic moves. So much love, so much amazing energy, I didn’t want to leave!
All in all, this Warborne Organic Farm Wedding was stuff of legends; I will be thinking about this one for years to come, I just know it!
